Each dosha contains two lists:

NO means that the foods aggravate/increase the dosha. Avoid eating these foods if you are following a diet, which pacifies the dosha.

YES means that the foods pacify/decrease the dosha. Select foods if you are following a diet, which pacifies the dosha.
