Uvartana (potli massage): Massage with small linen bags filled with specially prepared heated mixture of grains. To help lose weight
Pishinchhali: Oil is squeezed with linen over the body and the body is massaged with a bolus wrapped in cloth to penetrate. For pain relief
Pinda Swedana (potli massage): Massage with small linen bags filled with specially prepared heated mixture of herbs, grains and medicated oils. For pain relief and slimming
