This technique can be added to an Ayurvedic Facial Massage or to an Ayurvedic Head Massage (Shirobhanga). Hopi ear candles can be used to create and extra relaxing treatment to ease away stresses. The candles work by causing convectional ear flow towards the first chamber of the ear, gently massaging the ear drum and auditory canals.
